Thank You Cowl

In a previous post, I mentioned that my Uncle’s wife, Valerie, sent a package of knitting items that used to be her mothers. Recently, I decided a knitted item inspired by a pattern from one of the books would be an appropriate thank you gift.

I decided to make the Thank You Cowl using Moda Dea Cache, a wool-blend, variegated yarn with a gold metallic strand woven throughout.

Pattern Instructions:

Yarn: 2 skeins of Moda Dea Cache

Needle size: 10.5

Finished dimensions: 7.5″ x 8.5″

Using circular needles cast on 80 stitches. Join in the round and place a marker to note beginning of each round.

Repeat for all rounds: P3, K1, P3, K3, repeat to end of round.

Bind off in pattern.
