Today is my husband’s 40th birthday. To celebrate I made him breakfast inspired by our recent trip to Asheville, NC. While there we ate some wonderful dishes at Biscuit Head, Sunny Point Cafe, Laughing Seed Cafe, and Wicked Weed Brewing.
