What is The Vegan Challenge?
The Vegan Challenge is an opportunity to explore healthy weekly meals curated by Colorful Plates. Selected recipes will tour a variety of well-known and maybe not so well-known recipe developers as well as a few by Colorful Plates. Each week we’ll share a weekly menu consisting of 3-4 meals fit for two adults.
Why are we doing this?

When does it start and end?
Let’s start this challenge on Sunday, June 1st and wrap things up Saturday, June 28th. Colorful Plates will post the weekly menu each Friday for the next week.
How do I participate?
Share pictures of your vegan creations via Instagram – just take a picture and tag it with hashtag #colorfulplatesveganchallenge. It’s that simple!

Below is a suggested order. Please don’t feel obligated to make every single recipe. The goal is to have fun making and sharing what you can.
