We’ve spent the last four weeks completing The Vegan Challenge. From exploring breakfast options to baking an absolutely delicious carrot cake, it’s been interesting. The end result for me is I feel less fluffy. I will continue to prepare vegan meals as a vegetarian and I will lessen the amount of dairy products I eat on a regular basis. The most important thing to me is that I continue to fuel my body with healthy, fresh, organic food that tastes great!
